That Mortara should have a serious penalty for Spa’s first race grid, for what he did to Parente.

    Again, Álvaro Parente unlucky…

    • gp2 insider says:

If Alvaro is to fully impress, he needs to qualify better and pull away from the field. Obviously his mid-pack driving is filled with some errors and lots of bad luck. Agree with you on Mortara… he’s trying too hard.

  2. Fletcher says:

Impressive drive from my compatriot Perez. He should do well at Spa as well as Monza. And to think he didn’t even wanted to be a driver. His passion was always soccer but his dad forced him, as well as his older brother, into racing.

    • gp2 insider says:

Maybe that’s why he’s doing so well. Apart from natural talent, he has less pressure than others who have “lived” racing every day.

  3. Diogo Oliveira says:

I believe that Álvaro will be one of the quickest drivers in Spa and Monza, two men circuits. Even when he doesn’t have the car, he always does great things in those circuits.

  4. Diogo Oliveira says:

    POLE-POSITION FOR ÁLVARO PARENTE!

In ‘men tracks’, only the men survive. 😀
